Hardcloud is all new, it is a true reflection of the people involved. That means Ian, Roger, Clive, Matt, Tobie…that’s us! You can read a bit more about us individually further down the page, but for now more about why we started Hardcloud.

Surfing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, bmxing, mountain biking, moto-x, drinking, listening to music…we all do at least three of these things each, and that is what Hardcloud is about.

We wear what we sell and we hope you find something to inspire you, if we don’t send us an email (info@hardcloud.com) and abuse us until we do have something you like. As surfers and all the rest of it the things that influence us in everyday life are pretty simple, listening to a new track for the first time, surfing at our local break (Wittering rocks!), going out with our mates. These are the things that help us decide what kind of clothes to offer.

The Hardcloud team have all been involved in running websites for the last 5 years so we all have a pretty clear idea of what is needed. Customer service is important to everyone so rest assured we will break our backs to sort problems, answer emails, make sure you get your stuff on time etc.

Ian Madden (Big E)
12 years experience in surf/skate/snow retail. Founder of the first proper action sports website…got bored. Surfs (badly), wakeboards (less badly) used to skate Southsea in the days of the Abrooks, likes holidays to hot places.
In summary – athletic (skinny), nose 80% of total body weight, funny (yeah right)

Roger Moon (Scrawn)
10 years abusing computers, 5 years in the surf/skate trade. Founded the unmentionable website with Ian a few years ago, now seeks new challenge! Surfs too much (poo stance), hates snow! Well known for wearing elasticated waist cargo pants well into his twenties but thankfully now cured.
In summary – funny, likes living in a loft apartment, is worried about hair loss.

Clive Milverton (Lofty)
Likes going naked fishing with his brother, surfing, mountain biking, motorbikes and birds (feathered variety). Hard working and conscientious he is a solid fixture in the team.
In summary – doesn’t like dwarf jokes, strong, short legs.
